Our Lifetime Promise: What's Covered

A manufacturing defect is a flaw in the way your piece was made. If you ever find an issue that stems from the crafting process, we will repair or replace it for you, no matter how long you've owned it. This includes:

• Structural integrity issues, such as porosity or blemishes in the metal.
• Uneven settings or slight flaws in the finish noticed upon receiving your piece.
• Loss of any side or accent stones (under 0.05ct) resulting from a craftsmanship issue.

Complimentary Lifetime Care

To help you maintain the brilliance of your piece, we also offer lifelong complimentary services, including professional cleaning, inspections, and prong tightening.

A Partnership in Care: Understanding Normal Wear

Fine jewelry is precious and resilient, but not indestructible. Our Promise covers craftsmanship, while the day-to-day life of your jewelry is a partnership between us. The following are considered normal wear and are not manufacturing defects:

• Dents, scuffs, and scratches that naturally occur on the metal band with daily wear.
• Gemstones chipping or breaking due to being knocked against a hard surface.
• Prongs catching or wearing down over time, which may cause a stone to loosen. We recommend yearly inspections to prevent this!
• Discoloration in the metal caused by exposure to harsh chemicals (like bleach or chlorine).
• The loss of a center gemstone. We strongly recommend getting personal jewelry insurance to protect against accidental loss, damage, or theft.

How to Keep The Promise Active

Your Promise is designed to last a lifetime, with one simple condition: please allow us to be the only ones to care for your piece. Any repairs, resizing, or modifications performed by another jeweler will void The Promise, as we can no longer guarantee the integrity of the craftsmanship.

Our Simple Service Process

If you believe your piece has a manufacturing defect or you need a complimentary service, getting help is easy.

1. Reach Out to Us: Contact our Care Team with your order details and a photo of the issue. We're here to help.
2. Send It In Securely: We'll guide you on how to safely package and ship your jewelry to our workshop. For this secure, fully insured process, we ask for a small postage deposit.
3. Expert Assessment: Our master jewelers will assess your piece. If it's a manufacturing defect, we will repair it at no cost and refund your postage deposit. If it's from normal wear, we'll provide a fair repair quote for your approval before any work begins.
