Non-Returnable Items:

  • We do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
  • Custom orders from our website are non-returnable. Customers are notified at the time of purchase that these items are non-returnable.

Return Terms:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • Contact us at sales@foreverforlove.com with your order number for return instructions.
  • Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging.

Refund Terms:

  • Refunds, excluding delivery charges, will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds are applied to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For items over $50, consider trackable shipping.

Damages and Warranty:

  • Damage repair is not available for items exceeding 6 months from purchase.
  • Manufacturing defects are covered under a 6-month warranty.
  • Warranty is void if damage is caused by the customer.

Lost Items and Missing Crystals:

  • Lost items cannot be replaced or refunded.
  • Missing crystals within the warranty period can be replaced free of charge, with customer bearing shipping costs.

International Returns:

  • Specify "returning to seller" and declare item as having no retail value.
  • Use tracked shipping service; we don't refund international customs taxes or charges.

Faulty Items:

  • We cover return postage for faulty items within 14 days, up to $15.
  • Customer is responsible for extra return costs.

Exchange Policy:

  • Eternity rings are only eligible for exchanges.

Sales and Promotions:

  • Sales prices apply from announcement date.
  • Items at full price are not eligible for post-payment discounts.
  • Only one promotional code can be used at a time; gift cards cannot be combined with promotional codes.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • Check bank and credit card company first.
  • Contact us if refund delays persist.
