Phenomenal experience. Amy was wonderful to work with, instantly responded to my messages. Had FedEx issues (winter storm related) and she resolved them quickly the best she could. She made my ring exactly how I had explained it and then I realized when I received it i wanted something different. And I was in over my head with the design I had initially imagined. Sent back the ring and she completely redesigned my ring to exactly what I imagined. Customer service was incredible. Cannot stress enough how accommodating and kind she was to work with. Ended up designing 3 ct stone with 4mm diamonds halfway eternity, set in platinum, raised on 6 prongs with a diamond basket setting. Cathedral. So beautiful.
