I was skeptical due to my experience with another jeweler, but all of the great reviews I have seen from YouTube, reddit, and here sold me on pushing forward to buy this ring for myself. The pearl is a bit smaller than I expected, but, overall, it is gorgeous! For those who are curious: I ordered March 21st. Reviewed, requested edits, and finalized the CAD March 29th-April 3rd. It shipped May 1st and arrived today May 5th. I`m in the US so I think the process timing was phenomenal. I will definitely plan to work with her in the future.
