First I’d like to say I love my ring a ton. But I have to say it did take a while over a month. I believed since it wasn’t custom it wouldn’t take as long. Besides that I appreciate this seller offers moissonite certification. My other complaints would be timely responses from customer service and that some aspects of this ring aren’t what is pictured. This band is rounded unlike the photos (which is fine with me) and the side stones appear smaller. The other differences I see is that in the photos under the basket of the stone is different than the one I received. Which overall doesn’t make a large difference but it is something I did notice. Seller kept me updated and sent a CAD for approval before making the ring. Beautiful gold color and stones set securely. I’ll happily purchase again from this seller.
