Lifetime Warranty
At Forever For Love, we stand behind our jewellery and warrant against manufacturing defects for as long as you own your jewellery. If, at any point, you believe your jewellery has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection. If we determine your jewellery has failed due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair your jewellery at no cost to you. If we cannot repair your jewellery for any reason, we reserve the option to replace the jewellery with a similar item or issue a merchandise credit, at our discretion. If we determine that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, we will notify you and let you know if repair services are available to you at your cost.
This Warranty does not cover:
- Lost, chipped or damaged diamonds or gemstones
- Damage caused by misuse or abuse; normal wear and tear; and/or exposure to chemicals, extreme temperatures, or other environmental factors
- Loss, theft, or mysterious disappearance
- Damage caused by failure to perform reasonable maintenance to keep the jewellery in a usable and wearable condition, or failure to follow the care instructions provided
- Variations in materials, colour, and other natural characteristics
Complimentary Services
Free Cleaning, Inspection, and Prong Tightening
Forever For Love offers free cleaning, inspection, and prong tightening services on your Forever For Love jewellery purchase for as long as you own your jewellery. Other repairs may also be available at your cost. To help prevent stone loss and extend the life of your jewellery, we recommend having your jewellery cleaned and inspected every six months, or if it undergoes any trauma.
Free Ring Resizing
For up to one year from your Forever For Love ring purchase, we will provide a one-time free ring resizing, up or down two sizes, where the design permits such sizing. This offer excludes eternity bands and any other ring that cannot be resized due to its design or materials.
Conditions and Exclusions
The Limited Lifetime Warranty and Complimentary Services are available only to the original purchaser and are non-transferable. Unauthorised repair, modification or alteration performed by any person or entity other than Forever For Love voids the Limited Lifetime Warranty. Forever For Love reserves the right to determine coverage and eligibility for all warranty and complimentary service claims.
Shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact us if you have any questions or would like to return your jewellery for Limited Lifetime Warranty coverage, Complimentary Services, or other repairs.
