How do I place an order for the upgrade?
To order, simply choose your desired stone shape and carat weight on the product page, then follow the checkout process to complete your order.
How do I send my existing ring to you?
After placing your order, you’ll receive an email with detailed shipping instructions. Please package your ring securely and use a trackable shipping method for safety.
How long does the upgrade process take?
The total processing time, including shipping, is approximately 2 weeks. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process and notify you when your upgraded stone is ready to ship.
Is there a warranty for the upgraded stones?

Will I be charged for shipping after the upgrade?
No! After your upgrade is complete, we will ship your ring back to you at no cost. International shipping is free for orders over $200.
What if I want to change my order after sending my ring?
