Our Process
After you’ve filled out the custom order form, we’ll create a rough sketch.
Our team will craft a 3D image of your ring sketch and this will be sent to you for review.
Once the design is confirmed, your ring goes into production and will arrive in 2-3 weeks.

We can work with a variety of budgets. The starting point for a custom or “bespoke” engagement ring (or other jewellery pieces) is about $1,000. Most designs cost under $4,000, but when it comes to the most extravagant visions, the sky's the limit! If you have the budget, we have the talent.
Designing your own engagement ring can seem daunting, but we’re here to offer assurance and guidance. We break the process down by asking for specific information, like:
- Example photos of jewellery you like
- Shapes, themes, colours, or moods you want in the piece.
- Practical details such as cut, colour, stone type, metal type, etc.
We’ll prepare detailed sketches or 3D renderings during the consultation process so you can see your bespoke engagement ring before we craft it.
We can source almost any material that isn’t extremely rare or illegal. If you have something specific in mind, feel free to ask us. If we aren’t able to get what you want, we’ll recommend alternatives.
