How long does the whole thing take?
A first 3D render lands in your inbox within 48 hours of submitting the brief. Crafting after approval usually takes 2–3 weeks. From first message to ring in hand: typically three to four weeks, including insured worldwide shipping.
Do I really pay nothing until I approve?
Yes. Submitting a brief carries no cost and no commitment. You'll only pay once you've seen the render, revised it as many times as you'd like, and told us to go ahead.
Can I use a stone I already own?
Often yes — many of our commissions begin with a grandmother's stone, an upgrade from an existing ring, or a loose diamond someone's been holding onto. Mention it in the brief and we'll walk you through exactly how that works.
Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?
Chemically, physically, and optically identical to earth-mined diamonds. The only difference is origin — ours are grown in a lab under controlled conditions, which makes them more affordable and conflict-free. Every stone is IGI-certified.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — fully insured, included in the price. Any customs duties in your country are the buyer's responsibility, and we'll give you a clear estimate before you commit.
